Wet rainbow

Rainbow only comes after the storm.

Just as each one of us arrived thanks to our mother’s labor pain.

The fabrics of life.

I have a sprout leak in the bathtub.

And hearing the water leaking drives me nuts.

If you use this to torture me, I will tell you everything.

So far, we have endured the Gulf oil leak for close to 44 days.

I hope and pray for some good news along with all of you.

We now empathize with the pelicans. So innocent yet so vulnerable.

It’s Alaskan flashback, only more magnified and prolonged.

We are all tainted, and we all participated in causing this to happen because of our oil addiction.

Take this as the writings on the wall. We need to collaborate and focus our collective intelligence to harness alternative fuels.

There is no need to circle the gym parking lot, looking for next-to-handicap spot (save fuel, and burn calories before the work-out).

I am glad the Fiesta is finally sold here in the US (the ad says 40 MPG).

Stop and think. While at it, look, there is a rainbow over the bridge. I saw one yesterday. But only after the storm.
